Featuring increased lift capacities, smoother shifting transmissions, improved maintenance and greater comfort, Case IH has updated several aspects of its Farmlift telehandlers.
Boosting capacity, comfort and performance, Case IH has given several of its Farmlift telehandler models a refresh, adding a number of new features for 2019.
Improving productivity, lift capacities have been increased on several key models. Maximum load capacity on its two, six metre lift machines has been has been increased by 100kg. This sees the Farmilft 633 gain a maximum lift capacity of 3,300kg, while the 636 now has 3,600kg. The seven metre lift height Farmlift 737 gains an additional 200kg lift capacity, with a maximum capacity of 3,700kg.
Transmission-wise, all models benefit from new gear boxes. Farmlift 633, 737 and 935 models are equipped as standard with a four forward/three reverse transmission, with manual shifting. As an option they can be specified with a six forward/three reverse semi-automatic transmission, which operates automatically through gears four, five and six.
Both versions have a top speed of 34kph.
Standard on the 636 and 742 models is a six forward/three reverse transmission, which is fully automatic through all forward speeds, and can also be operated semi-automatically through gears four, five and six. These models also get a 40kph top speed, and a memory shuttle feature where the power shuttle selects the last-used forward and reverse gear when changing direction.
As for maintenance, two automatic lubrication system options, fully integrated into the machine, are now available for all models.
The first is an electronically-controlled pump for greasing of chassis, axles, boom pivot points and cylinders, while the second is a hydraulically-operated lubrication pump situated on the boom headstock which greases all boom pivot points.
This second option is controlled by the movement of the tilt ram cylinder.
In-cab, a new seat option and a tilting and telescoping steering column, are fitted as standard, depending on model.
